Mr Badger

On a late Autumn evening, Mr Badger quietly emerges from his sett. A cool wind weaves around trees, and frosted Autumn leaves underfoot whisper winter. Copper ferns rustle in the dark of night as he forages for earthworms and the last of the fallen berries. He is preparing for the season ahead, his thick, stocky body ready to retreat into the warmth of the earth.
